just noticed that tumblr is dead. it was sick for a little while, but has now finally passed away. at first i couldn't use the archive to check on my posts on mobile. now, they are unavailable on mobile without the app, pretty much unusable. they were adding some minor cosmetic improvements before limiting access to my content. doesn't matter now.
[update july 4th: tumblr seems to be on life support. i can use tumblr using a mobile browser to view my page without signing in today. i can also use the archive on a desktop browser while signed in even though going to a post claims that i am not signed in to tumblr. be fine with me if tumblr pulls through.
