if the above is correct then trump's history of financial fraud might go back as far as the carter administration. however, jimmy carter is in his nineties. reagan and h. w. bush have already passed away. that leaves three other former Presidents whose administrations, for whatever reason, never prosecuted any of these alleged malfeasances as a criminal case before a court: clinton, w. bush, and obama.
