anyway, a tiny problem with the concept of the "rule of law" from archaic, greek fairy tales? it omits the burden of the public's trust. all officials of our american government accept, acknowledged by oath or affirmation, the public's trust as required by our country's constitution. acceptance of that trust incurs additional liability for officeholders not considered by "the rule of law".
