equally disappointed in democrats and republicans? not quite myself, however their open malfeasances for the entirety of the 21st century to date won't be missed. the question is whether or not they, their political parties, their hypocrite and sycophant followers, and our country as a whole will reject their wasteful abuse. my guess is that even if they don't we haven't seen even the beginning of legal recourse addressing official misconduct and crimes against our country. the old idiom "strange bedfellows" isn't any less cruel than many other mentions of 'common wisdom'. last thing i want is to associate myself and become complicit.
make no mistake: i'm not responsible for holding anyone to account for a government supported attack on our congress. i'm also not surprised that people are disappointed in seeing this embarrassing mess continue. i would be surprised by anything resembling honesty from those responsible or their colleagues.
