"YouTube TV has nothing to do with regular YouTube, by the way, and instead is a $73-a-month pay-TV service that delivers all those familiar cable channels like CNN, MTV, and ESPN over the Internet."
adding to it?

lawyers get paid whether you win or lose. win or lose, you have to pay the lawyer(s). you can sue and claim "they cheated me because i'm black." your lawyer or lawyers will do their best to represent you and your claim. if you'd sued claiming that they cheat everyone they please and that they were additionally responsible because they pleased to discriminate against you because you are black then maybe you'd do better in court. discovery would show that just about any online platform uses arbitrary practices to determine recognition and compensation for streaming content. that arbitrary practice might very well be fraudulent by default. after discovery reveals that then a referral to a (california) state attorney general or even to the doj might be required of the court.
your suit seems to have left out that after they (allegedly) improperly restricted access to your content that they just made up the numbers representing viewership of your content.

was the missing video for the now uneditable post linked through the image above:
been thinking. kind of pleasant to see legal recourse instead of villagers with pitchforks and torches. still curious how this is going, especially considering the date. remarkable that this case centers on charges related to an offense (not charged) from before trump was President for four years although apparently the charges seem to include indictments for fraudulent accounting from when trump was President.
so it took about two months for the new york grand jury to indict.
about the title for this post? newgrounds requires that.
also, i don't get to speak for anyone else. i'm pretty happy about that.

""The sound-activated system remained in place in the president's offices until it was finally shut down on July 18,1973, two days after Alexander Butterfield told the Senate Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities—the so-called Ervin Committee—of its existence."

possibly you were wondering which video those three, missing clips were
from? a video posted by a now deleted account?
pretty sure it was just kids in the hall's "bad doctor" this time.
mostly this is really what gets me annoyed enough to delete years of posts.
